HAPI works with your doctors and health care providers. HAPI helps to fill the gaps and take care of those things that are accidentally overlooked or fall between the cracks. The best part is this oversight costs you NOTHING and does not require for you to travel anywhere.
The free HAPI Check-up is conducted right over the phone by a State licensed medical provider (doctor, nurse practitioner or physician associate).

The Healthy America Program Initiative (HAPI) goals are to keep our members healthy by learning each and every member’s needs so we can offer the best programs and benefits as well as to ensure all members are receiving the health care they need by:
Government insurance members are assigned to a rendering provider who will Check-up on the member.
The HAPI Check-up typically takes less than 10 minutes for our healthy members. The HAPI medical provider will confirm the member's name, date-of-birth and US Government insurance information. Once the basic information has been updated, the provider will inquire about the member's recent medical appointments to include your vital signs, medications, current and past medical history as well as any upcoming medical appointments.
The provider will then provide oversight on any gaps identified in member's health care and take action to correct the gaps and/or make recommendations for the member to discuss with his/her doctors.
Lastly, the provider will schedule a follow-up appointment to ensure the identified gaps in the member's health care have been corrected.
